Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement to arrival is 5–8 business days.

Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more
- Flat $5.00 Shipping Fee on all orders under $50.00
Applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time via the carrier’s website.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed.
